Helping the next generation of filmmakers find their voice.
We are a production company making feature fiction and documentary films with the aim of training people at an indie level. We aim to create a training environment where trainee’s do much more than make tea and coffee in a space where it is okay to make mistakes. From script to screen the film’s will be created by young people with every crew member getting to voice their opinion, they will be assigned specific roles inline with their interests and have specific training and prep time in these roles. There will be industry professionals at hand to answer any questions as well as a safeguarding officer. Through to the screening events which will be arranged by the young people and include a short film by another young person. We want to make sure our crew are gaining the practical skills they need to get a job in the wider industry, whilst still helping to build their creativity and nurturing short film and creative practices for being a filmmaker.
We want to offer a completely new style of education which is a middle ground between university and working in the industry. Tapping into the untapped potential of underrepresented youth in the film industry. We are still in our pilot stage of our initiatives but are still making great impacts with the students we work with and great connections within the industry.

We have run courses for organisations such as the British Film Institute, The London School of English and in partnership with CTVC.
We are also apart of the Youth Cinema Network, which means we can provide some amazing opportunities for our alumni to go to many different festivals all over the world!
